My boyfriend accidently used the wrong tile cleaner on the marble tile floor.

It was the tile cleaner for bathroom tile he got it mixed up with the bottle for the marble cleaner made by the same brand so the bottles looked alike.

Anyway, it created a spotty dull film over the tile, marble tile cleaner could not remove it.

So is there any other solutions that could remove it with no damaging the tile?
